Sandeep Bishla

I’m Sandeep Bishla, an electrical engineering professional with over two decades of experience in the power and switchgear industry. Currently, I lead the Switchboards Manufacturing & Services Division at Tricolite Electrical Industries Ltd, where I manage everything from design and production to testing and commissioning of high-quality LV and MV switchboards. Throughout my career, I’ve worked on building customized power solutions that meet the evolving needs of modern industries. I take pride in leading strong teams, improving operational efficiency, and delivering reliable systems that support critical infrastructure across the country.

What drives me is a passion for innovation, continuous learning, and sustainable engineering. I believe in combining hands-on experience with a forward-thinking approach to create smarter, safer, and more efficient power systems.
